Job Title:Commercial Underwriter

Detail:Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Lead by example on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences

Support the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery

Ensure floor standards, displays, and stock levels are maintained

Step into a supervisory role during peak trading times

Assist with training and onboarding of new staff

 Maintain visual merchandising

Minimum Requirements:

Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure

A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions

Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service
