Detail:
Perform electronic and mechanical testing, fault-finding, and repairs on supported products.
Ensure repaired equipment meets original performance and quality standards.
Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, live chat, and at the service counter.
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Record product failures and provide valuable feedback to Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
Assist with identifying product trends and recommending continuous improvements.
Maintain accurate service reports, repair records, CRM, and SAP documentation.
Support product testing, technical training, exhibitions, site visits, and other ad hoc technical projects.
