We are looking for a Department Manager to lead our Process and Fish welfare department in Sandefjord, Norway. Working with the engineering unit of the company, this position will be given the mandate to lead a department dedicated to delivering RAS solutions to our projects focused on fish welfare and process excellence.

The Department Manager responsibilities include managing people, developing annual roadmaps and handling department budgets.
