Hours : Fulltime 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 1pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a busy Property Maintenance team delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across the Greater Belfast area. This is a varied, hands‑on role involving maintenance, repairs, installations, and general joinery works across a wide range of council properties and outdoor facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of joinery work including installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Work on doors, windows, flooring, kitchens, roofing structures, staircases, fencing, playground equipment, and outdoor fixtures
