The Junior Case Manager (Jr. CM) plays a critical role in ensuring consistent client communication, timely case updates, and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
This position focuses on high-volume client interactions, immigrationrelated notifications, and structured follow-up processes, contributing directly to client satisfaction, case continuity, and operational efficiency.Jr.
Case Managers act as a frontline point of contact for clients, while maintaining strict adherence to firm policies,communication standards, and escalation protocol.
