Jr Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Download/Extract & Analyzecustomer Discrete & Min-Max demand from their portal/tool.
- Develop plan to best support/fulfillcustomer Discrete and Min Max demand.
- Set and monitor priority for OSP jobsand/or shipments.
- Update horse blanket/LOB, customerportal (s).
- Communicate with customer in timelyfashion.
- Set and manage PRIORITY when planningand communicating Customer CRITICAL parts internally.
- Run, analyze and take action ondifferent reporting.
- Analyze information inDispatch-Status on open jobs, jobs not moving, CS42 scan, etc.- Review of makes nor released byProduction Control.
- Review new adds/changes to deliveryschedule and drive actions from Purchase Order Change Report (POC).
- Review demand coverage/shortages andaddress with the appropriate owners - Follow up on customer returns.
- Review and take action on ExceptionReport from Corporate Demand Team.
