Jr. SDR / Appointment Setter - (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (US/Canada Market) Before Applying - Please Read Carefully This role is not for everyone. You’ll spend most of your day on outbound cold calls speaking with US & Canadian Shippers (companies that need freight moved for their business). This is a high-activity, performance-driven role that requires confidence, resilience, discipline, and strong communication skills. You will hear objections, face rejection daily, and be expected to stay consistent under pressure. If you are not comfortable speaking confidently in English, handling pressure, working night shifts, or talking to strangers on the phone for hours daily, this role will likely not be the right fit.
