Jr. Valuer/Appraiser (Machinery & Equipment)

• Conduct ocular inspection of all types of Plant/Machinery and Equipment, Real Property, Vehicles, etc
• Preparation of the valuation reports.
• Gathers sufficient data/information required to establish a reasonable value of the property being appraised.
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in Machinery and Equipment (M&E) valuation/appraisal.
• Background in property valuation, specializing in Machinery and equipment, is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Machinery and Equipment inspection, analysis, and valuation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
