Job Description
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to all accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and real-time updating of all accounting records, entries, and financial data.
- Review and monitor the submission of accounting reports to ensure they are accurate and submitted within set deadlines.
- Manage the department’s daily operations, address issues promptly, and work toward achieving both short-term and long-term performance goals.
- Supervise departmental personnel, including participating in hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.
