Experience working with SAGE accounting software

Experience handling and reconciling Proof of Deliveries (PODs)

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Senior Accountant

Capture and process financial transactions on SAGE

Manage, verify, and reconcile Proof of Deliveries (PODs)

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
