Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Duly admitted Attorney with 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Solid litigation experience, with banking law exposure advantageous.
- Proven ability to run matters independently.
- Familiarity with Court rules and Court Online systems.
- Understanding of law firm operations and litigation processes.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel when required by the Branch. Manager.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when operationally required.
- Fully conversant in English and Afrikaans.
- Well presented, professional in conduct and communication.

- Managing litigation matters from inception to finalisation.
