Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic baking apprentice to join our bakery team. As a baking apprentice/assistant, you will work closely with our head baker to prepare a wide range of baked goods and assist in the smooth operation of the bakery. The right attitude, passion for baking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities- Baking Preparation: Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients required for the production of baked goods, following established recipes and procedures.
- Baking Operations: Work under the guidance of senior bakers to operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough dividers to ensure accurate and efficient production of baked goods.
