Junior BDM / Appointment Setter | Uncapped Comms ($100k+ OTE)

Our client is a leader in the facilities services industry. With a history that spans 20 years, they are well-established across Australia and New Zealand.

Now they are looking to expand even further and bring on a motivated  Junior BDM  to join their team in  Chelsea Heights. This is a great opportunity for someone with outbound calling experience and wants to progress to an on-the-road BDM role.
  
What's on offer:

• $70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Uncapped Comms ($100k OTE)
• Full-time permanent position, ASAP start
• Initially office based in Chelsea Heights, with opportunity to move hybrid after probation
• View to move into an on-the-road Business Development Manager, with a clear progression pathway and hands-on learning.
