Junior Business Operations Associate

A fast-growing, mission-focused home care agency in the Denver area is seeking a sharp, proactive Business Operations Associate to join its team. This role is ideal for someone energized by problem-solving and process execution. You'll be the go-to person for operational tasks such as caregiver onboarding, scheduling support, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee Caregiver onboarding and Client Assessments

· Maintain accurate care management records and review care plan updates

· Coordinate and support internal meetings, including daily staff check-ins

· Order office supplies and assist with scheduling/logistics as needed

· Serve as a backup administrator and collaborate on strategic initiatives
