Junior Business Systems Analyst — IT Systems & Training

Flex is seeking a JR Business Systems Analyst in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will support IT system development projects and work closely with users to gather and implement system requirements. This role involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing systems while providing training and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Software, systems, or a related field, and should be available for a rotational work schedule, including weekends. Knowledge in SQL and experience in electronic manufacturing are preferred.
