Job Description
**Position:** Junior Buyer
**Location:** Pleasant Prairie, WI
**Pay:** $25/hour
**Overall Responsibilities:**
+ Place purchase orders with selected suppliers
+ Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships
+ Track purchases, pricing, and maintain relevant records
+ Participate in weekly/monthly procurement meetings
+ Manage inventory
+ Reconcile invoices at month end
+ Prepare and deliver reports as needed
+ Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their needs
+ Identify and report vendor quality, reliability, or services issus
+ Drive process improvements and support solutions-oriented thinking
**Job Requirements:**
+ Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or a related field
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
**Preferred Skills & Key Traits:**
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities
+ Proficient with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerP...
