Junior CA | Commercial & Industrial projects

THE CLIENT

My client is a well established commercial builder and has been in the VIC construction market for 40+ years.
They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to employ a Junior Contract Administrator to work across various commercial projects.

THE ROLE

Working in a project team including Project Manager, Site Manager and site teams

Project procurement, sub-contract letting, design coordination (with architects & consultants), variations and claims management, ITP's/quality and general coordination/administration.

You'll be working in a hybrid Office and site based role. Expected to go to site once per week

This is a role where there could be career progression opportunities to a PM in future.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Tertiary background preferred | Bachelor or Masters in Construction Management
