Junior Chef

A lodge within the Balule Nature Reserve is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Chef to join its kitchen team. This is a live-in position that offers the opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a luxury safari hospitality environment.

• Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience


• Proven kitchen experience in a lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment


• Ability to work in a remote, live-in setting
