Junior Cloud & Virtualization Support Engineer (Bilingual)

ZStack International is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to troubleshoot and resolve ZStack products' issues remotely. The role involves ensuring timely resolution of problems, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaboration with technical teams on product issues.

Qualified candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, solid understanding of virtualization, networking, and Linux, as well as excellent documentation skills and fluency in English and Chinese.
