Job Description
As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
- Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
- Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients and make arrangements about payments
- Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
- Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:
- Excellent Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
- At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
