Junior Desktop Support & Windows 11 Migration Technician

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Junior Desktop Support & Windows 11 Migration Technician for a 3-month contract role (with the possibility of extension) with a client of ours located downtown Vancouver. This is an on-site part time role 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) -no work Monday and Friday. 22.5 hours total per week.



Looking for a Vancouver-based candidate with skills/experience in:

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and support
  
• Laptop deployment and imaging
  
• Device provisioning and configuration
  
• Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals, docking stations)
  
• Software installation and troubleshooting
  
• IT ticketing systems – Asana)
  
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (preferred)
