Job Description

• Supporting investor onboarding and ongoing client communication
  
• Assisting with preparation and distribution of investor materials (fact sheets, updates, presentations)
  
• Outreach to prospects and lead generation
  
• Managing CRM records and tracking investor interactions
  
• Liaising with Chinese-speaking investors and partners (email, calls, follow-ups)
  
• Coordinating meetings, follow-ups and administrative support for the distribution team
  
• General office-based operational and support tasks
  
• Working and reporting directly to the directors and shareholders of the firm and supporting where required
