A VC fund in London is looking for a Junior Assistant to join the CEO's office. The fund invests in AI startups.
Salary £30k to £40k. Hybrid work model (Four days in London office, one day remote). Full‑time with bonus and significant growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
You will support the CEO by managing logistics, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. In addition, you will observe how deals are structured, how relationships are built, and how chaos is absorbed before it reaches the CEO’s desk.
Qualifications
Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑touch retail, where service is anticipation rather than reaction. Demonstrated ability to notice potential issues before they happen, take full ownership of tasks, and know when to ask for guidance and when to act independently.
