Junior Fashion/ Retail Buyer – Shoes (Hybrid Work)

The Junior Buyer (Shoes) supports buying and trading of the Shoes category to deliver strong commercial results across sales, margin, stock health, and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with the Buyer/Category Manager and cross-functional teams to execute seasonal buys, manage replenishment, support brand/vendor relationships, and ensure the right product is available at the right time and price.

Responsibilities

• Lead range build and buying process: SKU selection, order quantities, delivery phasing, and product set-up accuracy.
• Define and execute replenishment strategy for core styles and best sellers, ensuring strong availability by size.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain/Operations to manage delivery timelines and resolve supply issues.
