Junior HVAC Service Technician

Role Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment and components, including but not limited to:
• Air‑cooled and water‑cooled systems up to 1000 tons
• Hot water boilers up to 200 HP
• Hydronic and piping systems
• Air conditioning units of various sizes
• Pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, spot coolers, gas heaters, controls, and electrical components
• Perform start‑ups, shutdowns, teardown, and basic commissioning of HVAC systems
• Maintain accurate field service documentation, including service reports, refrigerant tracking logs, and time‑keeping records
• Use power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for servicing and repairs
• Operate service vehicles and equipment, including forklifts when required
