JUNIOR IR MANAGER

Alliance Foods SA (Pty) Ltd t/a KFC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Industrial Relations Officer to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Gqeberha.
The successful candidate will provide Industrial Relations support across multiple restaurant operations within the Eastern Cape region, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and best-practice employee relations standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IR professional looking to further develop their expertise within a fast-paced and highly operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations & Disciplinary Management

• Chair and facilitate disciplinary hearings in accordance with company policies and applicable labour legislation.


• Draft disciplinary notices, charges, and related documentation.
