Junior Landscape Maintenance Engineer

We are a tech savvy landscaping company looking for a Junior Landscape Maintenance Engineer who oversees and manages a team of technicians to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of indoor or outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality of landscape services such as pruning, watering, and fertilization and pest control. The Engineer monitors service agreements, maintains equipment, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. They also interact with clients to address concerns, provide updates, generate service reports and ensure satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid knowledge of managing people are essential.

• UAE Driving License
• Diploma or higher qualification in a related field to landscaping such as agriculture, horticulture, botany, forestry etc.
• Highly proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets
