Junior Legal Attorney

My client, an established Law Firm based in uMhlanga is looking for a new Junior Attorney. The law firm specialises in Legal recoveries. This is an onsite position and own transport is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa


• Minimum of 2-5 years post admission experience


• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (Magistrate’s Court Act/High Court; Practise Directives of the Division; NCA; POPIA, etc)

Duties Include:

• Handle legal processes & ensure compliance


• Manage litigation and trial preparations


• Draft and review legal documents


• Appear in court and report to clients/directors


• Support team supervision & ad hoc tasks
