Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of Import, Export, Transfer BOE.
- Document submission to customs and filling of necessary documents.
- Preparing export invoices and packing lists under letters of credit.
- Tracking shipments and coordinating with suppliers and clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transactions.
- Checking documents thoroughly.
- Organizing and facilitating storage and distribution of goods.
- Involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing, and monitoring the flow of goods.
- Handling day‑to‑day activities and ensuring on‑time communication with all parties.
- Analyzing customer data to understand shipment profile and service requirements.
- Performing office‑related duties as required within the pricing and operations departments.
