Junior Machinist

You will be the backbone of our machine shopoperating our precision lathe, milling, and welding equipment to manufacture components for 6DOF simulators, compressors, and space systems. Beyond hands-on machining, you'll coordinate with external vendors for specialized processes, ensure quality assurance through external testing partners, and keep projects on track. As we scale toward CNC machinery, you'll be positioned as a technical mentor to newer team members and a bridge between our design and manufacturing teams.
