Job Description
Responsibilities Trading Operations (Primary Focus)
- Assist in the configuration and management of trading instruments, account groups, leverage, commissions, and other trading parameters on MetaTrader 5.
- Monitor trading activity to ensure accurate execution and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and elevate any trading or platform-related issues promptly.
- Support the dealing desk with operational tasks, including trade reviews, account adjustments, and basic risk checks.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of client accounts, including IB and MAM/PAMM structures.
- Participate in testing new platform features and updates.
- Provide internal and external support on platform navigation and trade-related inquiries.
- Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
