Junior Photocopier & Printer Field Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:



Diagnose, service, and repair photocopiers and printers at client premises

Strip, clean, service, and reassemble machines in line with manufacturer specifications

Identify and replace faulty components such as toners, drums, rollers, transfer belts, and maintenance kits

Perform fault finding on print quality issues including lines, smudging, fading, and paper jams

Install and commission new and refurbished copiers and multifunction printers

Configure printers on client networks, including IP setup, scan-to-email, and scan-to-folder functions

Provide basic user guidance on correct machine operation and preventative care

Accurately complete job cards, service reports, and parts usage documentation

Identify recurring faults or end-of-life equipment and report findings to management

Maintain a professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients
