Job Description
Working as part of a project team with the ability to communicate clearly with business users and project managers
Perform analysis, research, design, development, implementation and customization of software solutions for banking and financial systems in line with product roadmap
Provide onsite and offsite technical support, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and issue resolution
Ensure system stability and availability, handling incidents raised by clients within defined SLA requirements
Assist in system testing and technical documentation
KSA Deployment Requirement (Important)
This role requires deployment to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Candidate must be willing to be based in KSA on a full-time, long-term basis
Will be required to front customers and handle on-site production issues in KSA
Must be comfortable in a client-facing support role
