Dexaphase Property is a Property Development company. We are looking to hire a Project Co-Ordinator to come on board with us.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing: creating social media ads on Canva, boosting ad campaigns
2. Ensuring Offer to purchase/PROCSA Agreements /JBCC Contracts are filled out correctly
3. Liaison to Clients, professional team, conveyancers and banks
4. Assisting with snagging for new and existing developments
5. Understand and formulate excel formulae
6. Knowledgeable in Project feasibility reports
7. Understand Construction Bill of Quantities - Budget vs Actual costing
8. Sourcing Quotations from various suppliers
9. Ability to draw up Minutes of Meetings
10. Maintain website content
11. Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts
12. Diary Management; Be able to coordinate meetings and send out meeting invites
