Main Responsibilities:

1) Project Coordination & Client Interaction:

• Assist in coordinating Central Lab projects within clinical trials.
• Communicate with clients, CROs, and clinical centres to ensure requirements are met.
• Oversee the preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.

2) Sample & Logistics Management

• Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical centres
• Liaise with courier services, manage queries, resolve incidents, and obtain necessary import-export permits
