**About the Role**:We're looking for a Jr.Project Manager to join our Mexico team at IPSY.You will primarily be project managing the Social Media workflow process.This responsibility is key in delivering a world-class experience for our audience.
**This position reports to the Project Manager and this role can be fully remote.
****What You'll Be Doing**:- Work closely with 5 stakeholders to project manage the Social Media process and ensure it is being completed on time according to our timelines prior to launches.
- Develop timelines for new requests for social media and assign to appropriate coordinators while keeping the dashboard on track.
- Oversee the monthly production process to ensure everything is ready to go.
- Support with special projects as needed.
- Communicate clearly and frequently on all open issues.
- Have great judgment and take initiative to mitigate issues.
