Junior QA/Application Support Engineer

We are looking Junior QA/ Application Support Engineer responsible to setup new dataset, database and configuration works for projects.  Provide professional technical support, troubleshooting, application testing, and training for RetailAIM  and related systems. Coordinate with the development team to resolve software limitations, bugs, and enhancement requests.    

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide professional software training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users. 

+ Assist in new tenant onboarding, including system setup and data configuration activities. 

+ Create, configure, and test application data to support implementation and validation activities.  

+ Perform functional testing to identify application errors, bugs, and usability issues prior to and after application release.   

+ Report creation, validation, and update.
