Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), costing and quantity take-offs
• Basic knowledge in tendering and contract documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement work
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
