Junior Rewards Marketing & Membership Host

Okada Manila in Parañaque is seeking an individual to facilitate the membership sign-up process for patrons. The role includes updating member accounts and upselling rewards items to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, with at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or gaming sector.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Nihongo, Cantonese, Korean, or Mandarin is advantageous.
