Junior Sales Manager / Technical Sales

Qualifications

• Matric / High School Diploma or equivalent
• Tertiary Education in Sales or Business is beneficial

Requirements

• 2-4 Years in flooring sales, with prior experience as a top-performing sales representative.
• Strong knowledge of flooring types, installation methods, and materials.
• Must understand the hardware industry (Cashbuild / Mica / Builders warehouse etc.)
• Must understand rebates and be able to negotiate
• Technical sales representative exposure to head office level groups, Chamberlains, Makro, Game etc.
• Must have own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
• Good communication skills, fluent, English and Afrikaans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to use measurement software
