Junior Sales Representative - BDC KLIA2 INTL ARRIVAL

Job Description

• Transact with customers, products and services of the bank that is designated to BDC
• Proactive with a positive and active sales approach to delivering the products and services at the BDC.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues
• Work as a team at the BDC, with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor’s guidance to increase sales and achieve revenue target
• Actively involved in the cross-product sales activities of the Bank’s products and services that have been approved for cross selling at the BDC.
• Back Office and Administration (where applicable / required):
  • Update daily trading rates
  • Ensuring reconciliation and submission carried out by the stipulated timeline
  • Perform housekeeping and ensure proper management and control of documents. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information....
