Junior Salesforce Administrator (Mendoza)

Vivalon is a Marin-based nonprofit that has been serving the community for over 70 years. We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day system operations support in maintaining our Salesforce platform. The Junior Salesforce Administrator performs User Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, Process Automation, Change Management, and Security Management. This position is an on-site role in San Rafael, CA.

Essential Functions

• Provide support to and serve as a point of contact for internal customers who request routine information, data summaries, and/or reports. Share knowledge with internal customers about how to produce their own reports and use the system effectively.
• Assist and collaborate with key members of Development, Transportation Operations, Programs, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Departments to achieve effective, accessible processes.
