Summary

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will join a small, experienced Salesforce team, working within the Everything Managed IT function. The role offers an ideal entry point for someone with some Salesforce development experience who wants to grow their skills in a real-world, heavily customised multi-cloud org.

Your primary focus will be managing the Salesforce support queue for approximately 200 internal users. Critically, this is not a traditional helpdesk role: you will be expected to go beyond triage and investigate issues to their root cause, resolving them directly in Apex scripts, configuration or Flow where you are able to do so, and working with the wider team on more complex fixes.
