Job Description

Qualifications
  • Professional Chef Qualification / Culinary Diploma (essential)
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (advantageous)

Experience
  • Minimum 24 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury lodges, or fine dining environments is advantageous
  • Experience in a la carte and plated service preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Good culinary knowledge and cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
  • Basic stock control and food costing knowledge
  • Good leadership and team support skills
