Junior Sous Chef - Sushi

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Junior Sous Chef - Sushi to join our team at KIGO in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of authentic sushi preparation experience in high-end Japanese restaurants.

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the high - end Japanese restaurant concepts

• Excellent communication skills in English, additional Japanese language knowledge will be highly advantageous

• Currently based in Dubai
