The Junior Statutory Consultant will support our FluidRock Statutory business activities by:
- Working closely with the Statutory Team to be proactive in applying their statutory knowledge to Company Secretarial matters in context of current relevant.
- Ensure that Statutory compliance is maintained for all clients.
- Collaborative interaction at operational level with the other divisions within FluidRock Governance Group.
