Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Junior Recruiting Coordinator — Anaplan seeks a Junior Recruiting Coordinator to work with multiple partners, including Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders. Hybrid working with two days/week in either our Manchester or London office.

Your Impact

• Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool
• Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent
• Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization
