JV and M&A Development Specialist - ibiza (Islas Baleares)

Job Description

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision-making and value creation, coordinating with finance, strategy, operations, product teams and supporting day‑one readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑deal signing: Support Head of JV development in business planning, synergy identification and quantification, commercial agreement & TOM definition, day 1 integration preparation and coordination with the M&A team.
• Post‑deal signing: Support coordination of day‑1 integration with central teams and definition & implementation of a value‑creation plan (6‑month plan for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ months for complex deals).
