Job Description
BC Muslim School is looking for a dedicated Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies Teacher to join its vibrant team and engage K-9 students actively. This role emphasizes spiritual and academic development through meaningful lesson delivery.
Candidates must be currently residing in Canada with a Bachelor of Education from a Canadian institution. Having or working towards a valid teaching license from BC is essential. Strong classroom management and respect for Islamic values are critical to effectively support diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lesson and unit plans per BC standards
• Apply a range of holistic instructional strategies
• Differentiate teaching to cater to individual learning styles
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and conflicts
Requirements:
• Must reside in Canada
