About the role

This Kaitohutohu, Te Mana Tāngata | HR Advisor works in partnership with people leaders and kaimahi across the Ministry. It is a true generalist role that includes strategic, high‑quality advice on various matters such as performance management, employment relations and change, supported by strong relationship and network‑building across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 1‑2 years in an HR Generalist role.
• Public and/or private sector experience with capability to hit the ground running.
• Experience understanding and implementing policy and processes.
• Effective communication and relationship skills.
